How long is an Academy ?
Core and Advanced Programs are one year in length, presented in two parts.
​​CORE
Session 1: 5-day program, Monday-Friday
Session 2: Held one year later, 5-day program, also Monday-Friday

ADVANCED
Session 1: 3-day program
Session 2: Held one year later, a 3-day program
How much does an Academy cost ?
What is included ?
Program fees vary depending on location.

Participants with a Sponsorship or Institutional Discount :
Contact us and we will register you. Further information will be sent to you regarding the payment amount..

Academies Include: Program fees, materials, and food package*. Program fees do not include hotel, offsite M & I, airfare, or transportation.
*Food package may be adjusted due to Academy schedule changes.
What is the difference beteween the
Core and Advanced Programs ?
The CCLA Core Program is for those looking to increase knowledge in the Leadership field of Higher Education.

The Advanced Program is for those who have already been in a Leadership role capacity, but wish to move further in their career.
Can I register now and pay later ?
In order to secure a spot for a program, it is best to register and pay at the same time.

I am having issues with my Assessment. Who can assist me ?
Assessment emails will be sent to you with the contact phone number and/or email. Please try contacting them first.
If you are unable to reach someone at the assessment site, feel free to contact us at info@ccleadershipacademy.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I request a refund if I need to cancel ?
Yes, please contact Northern Essex Community College for refunds: accountsreceivable@necc.mass.edu
Please note, cancellations 30-days prior to an Academy may result in a non-refundable food package fee. Please contact us for details: info@ccleadershipacademy.com
How do I select a Mentor ?
A Mentor is there to guide you throughout the year.
You may choose someone you know and trust, or you may decide to select someone from whom you would like to gain knowledge
How do I get a receipt or invoice ?
Once you have placed payment through the NECC MXMerchant system, a receipt will automatically be generated and sent to the email you provide.​

What meals are included ?
AM Break: Monday - Friday
Lunch: Monday - Thursday
PM Break: Monday - Thursday
Dinner: Thursday Night
Available Meal Options:
Regular, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pork-Free, and Gluten Free. Those who have very specific dietary restrictions may need to supplement meals with their own food items.

Monday: 9:00am - 4:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 12:00pm
