How long is a
CCLA Program ?
Core and Executive Programs are one
year in length, presented in two parts.
CORE PROGRAM
Session 1: 5-day program, Monday-Friday
Session 2: One year later, 5-day program, Monday-Friday
EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
Session 1: 3-day program
Session 2: One year later, 3-day program
What is the difference between the Core and Executive Programs ?
CORE PROGRAM
The CCLA Core Program is for those looking to increase knowledge in the Leadership field of Higher Education.
EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
The CCLA Executive Program is designed for experienced leaders who want to advance their impact and take the next step in their career.

CCLA Program cost ?

What meals are included in the Food Package ?
AM Break: Monday - Friday
Lunch: Monday - Thursday
PM Break: Monday - Thursday
Dinner: Thursday Night
Available Meal Options:
Regular, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pork-Free, Gluten Free, and some dietary restrictions upon early request..
If you have a very specific dietary restriction, please contact CCLA to see how we can assist you.. Those with very specific dietary needs may supplement meals with their own food items.
How do I get a
receipt or invoice ?
RECEIPTS
Once payment is completed through the NECC MXMerchant system, a receipt will be automatically generated and sent to the email you provide.
INVOICES
If an invoice is needed, Northern Essex Community College is happy to assist. Please use the link below to contact NECC directly.
How do I register ?
Our registration page can be found on the link below. Location, program information, and payment details are provided.
If you have a college sponsorship or discount, please DO NOT self-register.
Contact CCLA and we will register you.
Further information will be sent to you regarding the payment amount, when to book your travel, and other important details.
Can I register now
and pay later ?
In order to secure your spot for a Program, it is best to register and pay simultaneouly.

The NECC credit card link closes one month prior to a Program's start date

Payments by check or Journal transfer can be made by contacting NECC
Can I request a refund if I need to cancel ?
Refunds may be available depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Please contact Northern Essex Community College for refunds.
Please note: Cancellations within 30 days of the program may be subject to a non-refundable food package fee. For questions, please contact CCLA.
I am having issues with my assessment(s).
Who can assist me ?
Assessment emails will be sent to you with a contact phone number and/or email address. Please try contacting them first.
If you are unable to reach someone at the assessment site, feel free to contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you.
What are the Program
Start & End times?
Monday: (Registration 8:30-9:00am) 9:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 12:00pm

How do I select
my Mentor ?
A Mentor is there to guide you throughout the year.
You may choose someone you know and trust, or you may decide to select someone from whom you would like to gain knowledge.
What should I bring to the Program?
Consider bringing:

A light sweater or jacket, as meeting spaces can be quite cool

Notebook and writing utensil(s)
